PRIVACY POLICY
This information is provided in accordance with the art. 13 of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) to users who access the hanuman.it website and is related to all personal data processed according to the methods indicated below. 

THE HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT
The Data Controller of personal data collected is Hanuman ETS  in the person of the legal representative Mrs. Francesca Meneghello, with office in Via Vaghetto, 11 - 37030 Vago di Lavagno, VR - Fiscal Code 97294260159.

COLLECTED DATA
The personal data processed are collected as provided directly by the interested party or provided automatically.

The data provided directly by the interested party are all personal data that are provided to the Data Controller in any manner, directly by the interested party. In particular, the following personal data are collected and processed: name, surname, e-mail address, postal and telephone address, social network address

The data collected automatically is the navigation data. These data, although not collected in order to be associated with the user's identity, could indirectly, through processing and association with data collected by the Data Controller, allow its identification. In particular:
•IP address
• browser and navigation device

The collection of these data is fundamental for the functioning of the implicit renewal systems of the treatment (see the item Treatment Mode) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.

 

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
The data are processed exclusively for the purposes for which they are collected, as described below.

We use the data provided by the interested parties for:
• sending invitations, communications and information on their activities
• only in the case of specific user consent, to allow access to specific and further services such as sending future information and promotional communications via e-mail or electronic means.

The provision of data listed in the "Data Collected" section for the purposes referred to in points n. it is mandatory to allow the user to access the service. For this reason, consent is mandatory and any refusal to process or the failure, incorrect or partial conferment of data could result in the inability to provide the service properly.

The provision of data for the purposes of sending newsletters for promotional, informational or research purposes is optional and the refusal to give consent to the treatment will result in the impossibility of being updated about commercial initiatives and / or promotional campaigns, to receive offers or other promotional material and / or to send personalized offers to the user. Hanuman B.V. Onlus does not provide any third party information to users without their consent, unless required by law.

In any case, the dissemination and transfer of data outside the EU area is excluded.

REVOCATION OF CONSENT
The interested party can revoke their consent to receive promotional and commercial communications immediately, by sending a request to the email address privacy@hanuman.it.

 

METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, providing in any case the annual verification of the data stored in order to delete those deemed obsolete, unless the law provides for storage obligations .

Data processing is normally carried out at Hanuman ETS, by personnel or external collaborators duly appointed as data processors. The complete list of data processors and persons in charge of processing personal data may be requested by sending an appropriate request to the email address privacy@hanuman.it
The registration and the relative treatment are considered valid until the user unsubscribe, present in every email, or after 12 months from the last communication of which has evidence of direct interaction (click, opening, reply).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY AND THEIR EXERCISE
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 13 GDPR each user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of his personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain from Hanuman ETS the indication:
1. of the origin of personal data;
2. of the purposes and methods of treatment;
3. of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic / IT tools;
4. the identification details of the holder, the managers and the designated representative;
5.dei subjects and the categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

Furthermore, the interested party has the right to obtain from Hanuman ETS
1. updating, rectification or integration of personal data;
2. cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
3. access to your personal data, ie confirmation that a personal data treatment is being processed for him or her;
4. limitation of treatment,
5. portability of the data, that is the right to receive in a structured format the personal data concerning him;
6. Right of complaint to the Control Authority.

 

Finally, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection. In particular, the interested party has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending commercial advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. UPDATES AND CHANGES
Hanuman ETS reserves the right to modify, supplement or update this information periodically in accordance with the applicable legislation or the measures adopted by the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
The aforementioned modifications or additions will be brought to the attention of the interested parties by means of a link to the Privacy Policy page on the website and will be communicated directly to the interested parties by e-mail.
